Presentation of Participants and Staff

To enhance information about the individual participants and team members, they were asked to introduce themselves individually to the plenary using the following structure:

  • Name and Country
  • My region of the heart
  • Professional background
  • Organisation/project
  • Main function/responsibility
  • Something personal

The information was written on cards and clustered on pinboards.
