Ms. Barbara Krause, InWEnt, Head of Division
On behalf of Mr. Jens Adler, the responsible Senior Project Manager for InWEnt programmes in CEEC/NIS participants were warmly welcomed by Ms. Janet Lechner, InWEnt Project Manager.
 Then she handed over to Ms. Barbara Krause, Head of Division Natural Resources and Biodiversity of InWEnt, Capacity Building International, who opened the seminar officially.

Ms. Krause welcomed all participants on behalf of the German Government and the Chief Executive of InWEnt - Capacity Building International, Germany and specially its department 5 - Environment, Natural Resources and Food. The team of organisers and moderators that was called upon by InWEnt was also introduced by Ms. Krause:
- Uwe Krappitz as moderator and trainer for seminar contents and moderation methodologies
- Dr. Georg Bokeloh as moderator and trainer for seminar contents and moderation methodologies
- Petra Stolp being in charge for seminar organisation
- Nicole Fritsch being in charge of documenting the procedure and results of the seminar.

She then continued to introduce and explain InWEnt as an organisation as well as its context within the German Development Cooperation setting. Further information - besides the slides on the following pages - were distributed on leaflets among the participants. |
